Experience our Dreamy, Creamy Dark Chocolate Cacao! Our rich cocoa powder has gone through a process of alkalisation (to decrease the acidity of the cocoa powder) which creates a beautiful darker colour, less bitter flavour and dissolves into liquid more easily. Our dark cocoa powder contains 10 to 12% cocoa fat which enhances a lovely, earthy note.

Note: As a general rule of thumb, natural cocoa powder needs baking soda to react whereas alkalised/Dutched cocoa requires baking powder.
