• + Ingredients

  Organic black beans 92%, water 8%

• + How to use

  Boil 8 cups (2L) of water
  Add spaghetti and simmer gently for 7-8 minutes or until cooked through
  Rinse under cold water 

   For sauce:

  400g coconut cream
  30g red curry paste
  25g ginger grated
  10g coriander chopped
  salt and pepper
  2 tabsp olive oil
  Red and yellow pepper slices
  Parmesan cheese (optional)

  Pour first 5 listed ingredients into a pot and bring to boil
  Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat 
  Add peppers and cook for 4 -5 minutes
  Mix the spaghetti with the sauce and add peppers and stir
  serve hot topped with grated parmesan cheese, yumm!
