The Carob Kitchen brings you Australia’s first Carob Bar range made with Australian grown Carob and real Cacao Butter.
Made from Bean to Bar.
The naturally sweet, smooth and creamy taste in our Carob Kitchen Coconut Bar is from the sweetness in our Australian grown Carob beans and naturally sweet coconut flakes. We blend our coconut carob bar to have a mild carob taste using milk solids, pure toasted coconut flakes and cocoa butter (natural cocoa fat) which does not contain caffeine and theobromines found in chocolate.

- + How to use
Our Banjo Coconut Carob Bears taste so good on their own, we recommend you do just that. However if you feel the need to bake, remember to melt the carob milk bar using the Bain Marie method (a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water).
Simply dip fresh fruit into the melted carob and leave to set.
Carob Coconut Brownies are a pleasant alternative to rich chocolate.
